The Puerto Rican Association for Human Development- Dr. Paulette C. Rodriguez-Berry Scholarship fund grants scholarships to deserving seniors, who strive to give back to their community.  It is given in memory of Dr. Paulette C. Rodriguez-Berry, the beloved daughter of Honorable Mathias "Eddie" and Elisa Rodriguez.  Paulette always strove to give back to her community while working hard to be successful in school, work, and life.
